Yes, 100%. ParseFlow runs entirely on your Mac. Your PDFs are processed by a local AI model using Apple's Metal GPU acceleration. No data is uploaded to any server — not to us, not to any third party. There's no telemetry, no analytics, and no network calls during document processing.
Only for downloading the AI model (~3GB) on first launch. After that, ParseFlow works completely offline. You could disconnect your Mac from the internet entirely and it would keep working.
